Here, we give a quick run through the features of each ball to give you a guideline of its abilities;
250Hz NSD Power®Ball - Speed demon
Still the fastest gryo on the planet*, the 250Hz range has been certified to 15,000rpm but will clock well in excess of 16k in the right hands these days, such is the precision of balance on that 250Hz rotor.
250Hz balls are available with an inbuilt digital speed meter (termed: 250Hz Pro) or without (termed: 250Hz Classic) - the counter can be added at a later stage if required.
NEON NSD Power®Ball - Which flavor will you chose?
Loaded with a high performance 250Hz rotor, Neon models have an added feature of 6 inbuilt ultrabrite LEDs which glow brightly once the NSD Power®Ball is spinning.
There are no batteries required (other than those for the counter) - that surreal glow which englufs your hand during use is generated by a small induction coil also present on the rotor - the faster you spin, the brighter it glows!
All Neon balls are available with an inbuilt digital counter (termed: Neon Pro) or without (termed: Neon Classic) - as with the 250Hz models, a counter can be added to all Neon Classics at a later stage if required.

SIGNATURE NSD Power®Ball - Limited edition
The same high performance and fun of the Neon models, presented in an exclusive smokey shell with black rotor and ultrabrite white LEDs - a devastating combination that really turns heads!
Signature is supplied with an inbuilt digital counter, wrist cord and a mini DVD featuring various Akis world records, exercises and other footage.
TECHNO NSD Power®Ball - Hi speed meets Hi Tech
This innovative gyroscope scrolls your acheived score magically across the surface of the rotor (as opposed to displaying it instantly on a digital speed meter as with other models in the range).
The rotor also displays an entrancing collection of 'firelines' as it spins, ranging from red to blue in colour and generating a truly amazing effect depending on the speed at which it is revolving

There are no batteries required for any aspect of this product - everything is operated by induction, including the counter feature.
Metal 350Hz NSD Power®Ball - A spin experience like no other
At almost twice the weight of the Neon or 250Hz models, the 350Hz Metal exerts an extraordinary force on the arm and wrist and will test even the fittest player.
(Imagine getting the head of a sledgehammer and spinning it in your hand at a modest 5000rpm... you'll quickly get the idea of what we are talking about here!)

The 350Hz Metal NSD Power®ball is shipped with a silent running but very high density metal composite rotor (such is its mass, even Akis has struggled to exceed 13k) - a lower density but fully blown competition model is expected to ship in late '07 and promises potential speeds in excess of 20k (with the sounds to match!) and some serious NSD Powerball action in the Top100 board!
