Some comments about the NSD Powerball
I'm only 15 and mountain biking is my hobby but i have problems when hitting those big jumps off having enough strength to keep the bars in my hands, and when thrashing down the downhill track holding onto the bars, after two days of playing around with the powerball and getting the momentum going i was hittin 10,000rpm + i can definetly say the grip on the bars has improved an even when i have just 3 fingers on the bars it feels like im clamping onto the bars like a vice ! thanks ! ...Joshua Allan, United Kingdom
Bought my 250hz standard powerball off ebay about 2 months ago. I tried a neon version out at a friends house in scotland whilst on holiday and was totally addictied!! As an avid drummer, ive noticed that my abillity to drum faster and for longer has increased no end since i started using my powerball, and for the first time everi can do more than 30 press-ups without getting tired out quickly! It proves a popular competition maker between friends also, - 1 night we had an endurace race that lasted over 5 hours! This has got to be the coolest gadget around. I got it to relieve my carpal tunnel symptoms and it really does work. I no longer have those nagging pains which is great. I just received my Powerball a few days ago for Christmas. I have found it so hard to put down since. It is so small and simple in looks, but once it's going, it's so amazing. It is so hard to believe that a rotor is capable of spinning such speeds without a motor. Its also unbelieveable that a small device can work your wrist, arm, and shoulders so well. Je viens de recevoir ma Powerball neon pro green. Pas Èvident les premiers essais, c'est qu'elle ferait presque peur cette petite baballe ! Et puis on tire un peu plus sËchement la cordelette et zou ... 3Ëme essai, c'est partie pour l'aventure... DËs mon 4 Ëme essai, j'en suis ‡ 9211 ... je ne pensais mÍme pas faire autant ... Bon sinon au final, le bÈnÈfice ? Un challenge, un moment de dÈtente, un loisir, oui mais ... tout en faisant de l'exercice. Soyons claires ... au bout de 4 ou 5 essais ‡ plus de 8000 rpm, le bras commence dÈj‡ ‡ sacrÈment le ressentir ... I ordered a Premium Pack on 08/20/2004 (late Friday evening) and received it on 08/26 - so far, so good. I was unable to decide which one to get; so my intent was keep one and give the other 2 as holiday gifts. Yeah, right!!! Looks like I'll have to order more because I'm keeping the first three for myself. Unfortunately, I was unable to get my Techno lights to work. I sent an e-mail to Clare at RPM on 08/27; she replied the within hours apologizing for the problem. She asked that I return mine and she would dispatch a new one. With trusting faith, I placed mine in the mail and sent Clare an e-mail saying that she should receive it in 5 to 7 days. Now, with any other company (especially one on another continent) I would be skeptical about receiving a replacement product. I might even worry that they would take my money and I would end up sorting out a credit card mess. But I put my wounded Techno in the mail and crossed my fingers. I expected at least a month's wait: time for the wounded Techno to make its way to its homeland (Ireland)+ time for analysts to ensure that the Tecno was actually wounded + time for a new one to be sent to me. But to my surprise, today (09/02, a mere week after I talked to Clare) here he is! My shiny new Techno is here!!! My concerns were taken seriously and not questioned. I am sure that the wounded guy might not even be home yet. My new guy was dispatched right after Clare contacted me and before the PB analysts could even confirm that I was telling the truth. They must have passed each other in a rural post office and shared a Guinness together. To you, Clare and everyone else at PB HQ, I say "THANKS!!!" This is the best customer service experience that I have ever had. The true sign of a company's integrity is how it deals with a problem and there is no question in my mind that you have an exceptional organization. To those who are thinking about ordering a PB but are skeptical: Everything that you've heard and read about the PowerBall's (250Hz/Neon/Techno) quality, fun, and benefits is true. All of PowerBall HQ's guarantees and promises that you've heard and read about are backed by a company with integrity. i purchased my "neon pro powerball" 2 days before christmas 2004, and right enough just after boxing day it turned up......however [ and no fault of powerball might i add ] the speedo was busted , due to a carefree still recovering from a christmas hangover courier, so as you can imagine i was gutted cos i couldent compete. that was untill i contacted you guys at "rpm" and informed you of my dilema,....and sure enough without further fuss, i was sent an e-mail requesting my address details, and some form of proof of purchase. and within 36 hours a new shiny speedo arrived compliments of u guys at "rpm". so i shall take this opportunistic moment to suggest that under no circumstances should "rpm" ever change its public relations attitude towards the customer, and that would appear to be.......... "rpm puts the customer firmly in control, be it before they start spinning or upon reciept" i recently spent £16.500 pounds on a new car for my wife and have recieved no way near as good a service as i recieved from "rpm" thanks guys.........you rock. ...Steve "reservoirfrog" Foggoa, United Kingdom
